UNIONTOWN, Pa. —
A former drug kingpin is facing new charges after allegedly threatening a woman with a gun during a road rage incident in Uniontown last Friday.
According to a criminal complaint, police said Ronald Whethers pulled up next to a woman on Wilson Avenue near Main Street and began screaming at her. Advertisement
Whethers allegedly tried to hit the victim three times while she was driving away. He then stopped next to her at a stop sign and pulled a gun out before she sped away, a criminal complaint states.
The woman told authorities two of her children, a 15- and 6-year-old, and her 3-year-old grandchild were in the car at the time of the incident.
