(WHTM) - A Dauphin County teen and his mother are facing charges after approximately 1,000 to 2,000 motorcycles, ATVs, mopeds, and other off-road vehicles blocked a Pennsylvania highway.
Pennsylvania State Police in Berks County were patrolling Old Route 22 in Upper Bern Township on September 27 when they say a large group of vehicles was seen traveling eastbound.

The group is said to have stopped and blocked the intersection with Wolf Creek Road, during which participants revved engines, spun tires, and performed burnouts.
