LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

A man accused of inappropriately touching a girl who was waiting to be picked up from school in Crescent Hill appeared in court on Wednesday.

Jacob Burnett, 27, of Louisville, was arrested on Monday after police said he touched a student inappropriately at McCready and Richard Avenues near Sacred Heart last week.

The student took a video of a man, allegedly Burnett, running away after the incident:

In court on Tuesday, Burnett pleaded not guilty to sexual abuse.

A judge ordered Burnett to have no contact with any minors.

Burnett previously posted a $5,000 bond.

He is set to be back in court on Oct. 10.
