SHELBYVILLE, Ky. —

A fourth arrest has been made after a man was shot and killed inside his Shelbyville home in August.

The Shelby County Sheriff's Office said Levi Jones, 24, of Louisville, was arrested in Nashville on Tuesday. He is charged with murder in the death of 58-year-old Tim Ethington.

Ethington was found shot to death inside his home in the Spring Oaks Estates on Aug. 20.

On Sept. 8, police announced the arrest of three people in the case: Jeremiah James, 23, and Madison Greenwell, 21, and Rodney Isgrigg Jr., 21.

All three are also charged with murder.

Police say they believe Greenwell may have ties to Ethington and the situation was a robbery gone wrong.
