SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - The six suspects in the Oglethorpe Mall shooting have been indicted on 71 counts, including felony murder.

The shooting happened back in July .

Three suspects were shot and a woman who tried to get away from the scene died at the hospital from heart complications.

Chatham County District Attorney Shalena Cook Jones said after hearing the evidence, the Chatham County Grand Jury found probable cause to charge the suspects.

The six suspects indicted are:

Royce Lebraun Haynes

Aujawan Tyrell Hymon Jr.

Dahmil Johnson

Johnathan Elijah Jones

Theron Johnathan Robbins Jr.

Franklin Leonard James

All six suspects are accused of felony murder in connection to the death of Olislene “Tina” Smith.
