A 30-year-old woman has been charged with felonies, including 10 counts of assault with intent to murder, after multiple pedestrians were struck by a car in Macomb and Oakland counties on Sept. 26.

All victims are in stable condition, according to Warren police.

Police investigation confirmed mental health is a component in the case, according to police.

Macomb County Prosecutor's Office charged the suspect. She is in custody on $750,000 bond and is set to appear in the 37th District Court on Oct. 10.
