ALBANY, N.Y. (WTEN) — Governor Kevin Stitt of Oklahoma posted on X a picture of a New York Commercial Driver's License with information redacted.

He said, “If New York wants to hand out CDLs to illegal immigrants, with “No Name Given” that’s on them. The moment they cross into Oklahoma, they answer to our laws.”

He went on to say that 125 illegal immigrants were apprehended along I-40.

New York State Republicans have criticized New York State’s Greenlight law, allowing New Yorkers 16 and older to apply for standard drivers licenses regardless of their citizenship.
