New Jersey state Sens. Raj Mukherji and Brian Stack have shared plans to sponsor a $25 million supplemental appropriation to help combat the financial struggles that Jersey City, N.J.-based Hudson Regional Health’s Heights University Hospital, also in Jersey City, is facing.  “These losses aren’t sustainable,” Mr. Mukherji said in a Sept. 29 Instagram reel. “We need a lifeline to keep this hospital open and emergency services in the Heights.”
