RAINELLE, W.Va. — A Greenbrier County man was arrested Tuesday after receiving a tip from the State Police Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force.

Devon O’Neal Davis, 21, of Rainelle, has been charged with one count of possession of child pornography, though a release from the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Office said additional charges may be filed as more evidence is reviewed.

Greenbrier County Prosecuting Attorney Nicole Campbell and Sheriff Bart Baker released a shared statement regarding the arrest Wednesday.

“Anyone who targets, victimizes, or exploits our children will be targeted for arrest and prosecution. The safety of our children is our top priority, and we remain steadfast in our resolve to protect them at all costs.”
