ELLSWORTH, Maine (WABI) - Libraries are known to be hubs of access, whether you need a book, computer, printer, or more. And in Ellsworth, they’re making sure you have everything you need for Halloween.

“My kids wanted brand new Halloween costumes, and it’s just one more expense, especially right at the beginning of the school year when you have school supplies and back to school clothes, and then you have all of the winter gear,” describes Sarah Lesko, Director of Ellsworth Public Library . “Families are hurting right now, so how can the library help ease the financial burden for families?”

The answer? Their new Costume Closet!

Helping to bring used Halloween costumes back to life, the closet presents a wide wardrobe of choices with sizes ranging from baby to children’s size large.
