OSHKOSH, Wis. (WBAY) - Wisconsin residents will no longer pay sales and use tax on electricity and natural gas consumed in their homes.

To celebrate that change, Governor Tony Evers made a stop in Oshkosh to visit ADVOCAP, a nonprofit community action agency helping low-income families with housing, transportation, education, and weatherization.
