ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Buford Highway has reopened in Brookhaven after police temporarily closed it to investigate a shooting Wednesday afternoon.

Brookhaven police said they responded to a shooting involving two people along the busy road shortly before 2 p.m.

Police said no one was injured, but one vehicle and the wall of a building were damaged.

They closed Buford Highway between Lenox Road and Rivers Edge Drive as they investigated.
