The photographer who captured the Prince and Princess of Wales as they were leaving their home to attend a state banquet at Windsor Castle has shared a closer look at the special moment.

The image was first shared on September 17 by Prince William and Catherine on their Instagram stories.

It was captioned "behind the scenes" and taken moments before the royal couple arrived at the castle for the banquet held in honour of US President Donald Trump's visit to the UK with wife First Lady Melania Trump.
