BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A man who Tulare County sheriff's deputies said was linked to a series of robberies has been placed under arrest.

On Tuesday, Jose Aburto was arrested in the 400 block of Jefferson Street in Delano after being identified as the suspect in multiple incidents earlier in the year.

Aburto was taken into custody at about 4:30 p.m., when deputies served a search warrant.
