Authorities say one man is dead following a single-vehicle wreck in Huntsville Wednesday evening.

It happened just after 7 p.m. along the South Parkway access road between Martin Road and Golf Road.

According to Don Webster with HEMSI, the driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.

The wreck remains under investigation.
