ATLANTA — A confrontation led to one person being shot at a gas station in South Atlanta on Wednesday morning.
Atlanta police said one person who was threatening another person with a knife was shot. That person's injuries were not life-threatening, police said.
The altercation happened around 4:20 a.m. at the Pilot gas station in the 2600 block of Bouldercrest Road.
The intended victim of the knife attack was not hurt, police said.
It was not clear if that person was the shooter.
The person with the knife is facing a charge of aggravated assault upon release from the hospital.
