Singapore Police has handed over the much-awaited postmortem report of Zubeen Garg, cultural icon of Assam, to Indian High Commission in Singapore.

Assam Government will hand it over to the singer’s wife, Garima Garg after she is back in Guwahati from Jorhat. Garima is in Jorhat to perform Zubeen’s Shraddh ceremony. Zubeen though born in Tura, Meghalaya, originally hails from Jorhat.

Authorities have requested Garima not to make the report public.
