A man who was shot by police after allegedly breaking into a Beacon Hill restaurant last week while naked and armed with a knife was arraigned Tuesday on charges stemming from the incident, records show.

Akash Kushwaha, 26, appeared in Boston Municipal Court on six felony charges — three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and one count each of breaking and entering during the daytime to commit a felony, malicious destruction of property over $1,200, larceny from a building -- and a misdemeanor count of indecent exposure, according to legal filings.

It’s unclear if Kushwaha entered a plea, and it wasn’t known if Kushwaha had an attorney who could speak on his behalf.
