The seminar, hosted by Harris County Precinct 2, features panels with local leaders, legal experts, service providers, and survivors to discuss community action and support systems.

The seminar begins with a panel on the legal and government response to domestic violence, featuring Harris County Precinct 2 Commissioner Adrian Garcia, Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, and District Attorney Sean Teare.
