Blessing of the Animals at Echo Park Lake

East slope of Echo Park Lake

All creatures great and small, furry, feathered or finned, are invited to receive a blessing and a St. Francis medal at a Blessing of the Animals at Echo Park Lake on Saturday, October 4, at 4 p.m.

If your pet can’t make it, or has transitioned to pet heaven, bring a photo or a memento to share and be acknowledged. Look for our balloons and the “Blessing of the Animals” signs on the east slope of the lake, just north of the cafe and swan boat rental facility.

Dogs are welcome, of course, but must be on a leash.
