CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — The Circleville Police Department handled 39 calls for service on Tuesday, September 30, according to the daily media log.
The day began just after midnight with a disturbance reported on North Pickaway Street, though no report was taken. A short time later, officers checked a 911 hang-up on West Ohio Street, which turned out okay.
Through the early morning hours, police conducted numerous extra patrols across the city, including North Court Street, Hayward Avenue, Morris Road, U.S. 23, Clinton Street, West Main Street, South Pickaway Street, East Corwin Street, and East Mound Street. One call involved a suspicious person on Morris Road, which was also found to be clear.
