Coronation Street star Alan Halsall has revealed a 'bucket list' experience he experienced as he recently ditched the UK.

The actor, famed for playing Tyrone Dobbs in the ITV soap, is often found on the golf course when not playing his alter-ego on the cobbles.

And his keen interest in the sport saw him recently head to New York for the 2025 Ryder Cup, which saw Team Europe edge out Team USA across the three days of the tournament.

Alongside beaming pictures of himself Bethpage Black Course, which is located Bethpage State Park on Long Island, New York, Alan wrote on Instagram: "Bucket list officially checked [tick emoji].
