CROSBY — This month’s Lakes Area Unlimited Learning program is by Hillary Swanson, the executive director of the Crow Wing County Historical Society, on “Hortense McKay: Bataan Jungle Angel.”

The program starts at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 13, at Heartwood Senior Living in Crosby. It’s free for members and $10 for non-members.
