Some Irving residents want the City of Dallas to reject a planned 200-foot cell tower that is approved to be installed just feet from their homes and a community park.
"This is the kids' park – as you see – right?" South Haven resident Pavan Bikki asked.

The South Haven subdivision sits where Coppell, Irving and Dallas come together northeast of Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. Residents pay taxes in Irving and send their kids to Coppell schools.
"We are a unified community," said South Haven resident Nikhil Nelluri.

Now they are unified in concerns over what's happening in Dallas, about 300 feet from their homes, where Oncor has cleared land for the p
