Mexican drama-thriller “ On the Road ,” directed by David Pablos and produced by Inna Payán and “Andor” star Diego Luna , has secured distribution across multiple territories.

The film, which premiered in Venice’s Horizons section, winning both the Horizons Award for best film and the Queer Lion, has been acquired by Filmware (Taiwan), Festival Films (Spain) and Salzgeber (Germany). All agreements include theatrical releases. World sales are handled by M-Appeal.

Negotiations are also advancing in several other territories, including North America, while I Wonder Pictures in Italy had already secured the title prior to its Venice debut. Additionally, the film will soon premiere at festivals in Warsaw and Morelia, and it is also booked for several other film events.
