(Helen)- Hardman Farm State Historic Site will host its Mountain Farm Celebration on Sat. Oct. 25th from 10am-4pm. The annual festival is a celebration of the history and culture unique to the Sautee-Nacoochee Valleys.
The festival will give guests of all ages an immersive learning experience where they can get an up-close look at many of the skills necessary for life in the North Georgia mountains in the late 1800’s. The annual event welcomes more than 600 guests to the farm each year.
“This event is a great way to watch history come to life”, said Sarah Summers, Hardman Farm’s assistant manager.
