Two people are facing charges after five people were shot in Alamance County, North Carolina.

On Sept. 20, around 3:20 a.m., deputies with the Alamance County Sheriff's Office responded to the 1400 block of Florence Street in Green Level after reports of shots being fired.

Upon arrival, deputies witnessed over 200 people, who were attending a large party, fleeing the scene.

Vehicles were also blocking the road, hampering first responders’ efforts to reach the victims. After getting to the scene, deputies were informed that five people had been shot.

Two of the five people who were shot were juveniles.

On Oct. 1, officials said Cedrick Watson Jr., 20, was arrested and charged with:

Felony possession of a firearm by a felon (three counts)

Assault with a deadly weapon with intent to
