GLOBE, AZ (AZFamily) — A hot meal can’t undo tragedy, but it can offer an immense amount of hope.
That’s the motto behind Operation BBQ relief. It was Something Good when they fueled those on the front lines of flooding recovery in Gila County.
Since they arrived in Globe following the devastating and deadly floods, the volunteers have provided over 800 meals to search-and rescue team members.

James Beard Award-winning chef Kevin Binkley and chef Marcos Arias from Frasher’s Smokehouse were there earlier this week to run the kitchen and to help provide high-quality, hot and comforting meals for first responders and relief workers.
