SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — A San Angelo man has been arrested with possession of child pornography while also actively attempting to find more.

Angelo Cassio, 22, was arrested by Tom Green County Sheriff's on October 1 on the charge of possessing less than 100 images of child pornography. However, his confession to officers in the affidavit is more unsettling.

According to the affidavit, Cassio admitted to officers that he was attempting to enter more child pornography group chats on the app "Kik".

"Angelo stated he did save some of the child pornography to his cellphone because to join some of the Kik messenger chat groups, he would have to share some child pornography with the group members before they would let him join. Affiant asked Angelo what the age of the pers
