CLAYTON, Mo. – An arrest warrant was filed for a Clayton man who threatened to kill a school administrator.

According to the Creve Coeur Police Department’s probable cause statement, the threat was made on Aug. 27.

Police said Thomas Kennedy (age not provided) told a former school employee that he would kill the president of De Smet High School and come to the campus.

The school contacted Creve Coeur police and hired extra security for the school.

The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged Kennedy with one count of second-degree making a terrorist threat. Kennedy will be held on a $50,000 cash-only bond upon arrest.
