Detroit — A relative of one of the men accused of killing a 4-year-old and 18-year-old in a drive-by shooting at Skinner Park in Detroit said he was in his relative's vehicle during the shooting.

The man said he went for a drive the evening of June 27 with William Wheeler, Wheeler's friend Brandon Ware and another girl, in Wheeler's black Ram pickup.
