Penn State will look to rebound from its double-overtime loss to Oregon by facing an opponent that seems to be in disarray.

UCLA is winless and has already changed its head coach, offensive coordinator and defensive coordinator.

Former Bruins running back DeShaun Foster was fired after the third game, a 35-10 home loss to New Mexico. He was replaced by Tim Skipper, who was special assistant to the head coach.

Then UCLA fired defensive coordinator Ikaila Malloe, whose defense was much improved in the second half of last season. Longtime NFL and college assistant Kevin Coyle is now calling the defensive signals after serving as a defensive assistant at Syracuse.
