A 22-year-old man with no driver’s license and no insurance drove the wrong way on I-90 this past weekend, posing “a lethal threat”, before he was arrested on suspicion of two felonies and four misdemeanors, according to a Montana Highway Patrol report.
The suspect, Josue Flores-Ulloa, was in the Gallatin County Detention Center Wednesday on bond and at the behest of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
An ICE hold can entail a person being in the country illegally or having other potential immigration and visa violations.
Flores-Ulloa was jailed after an investigation that began about 11:25 p.m. Sept. 27, when the emergency dispatch center issued an advisory for a driver traveling west in eastbound lanes on I-90. The suspect’s vehicle was described as possibly an SUV, truck,
