CLEARWATER, Fla. (WFLA) — Court documents filed in Pinellas County indicate that Hulk Hogan's family has requested an investigation into whether the doctors who treated the professional wrestling icon committed medical malpractice.

Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, died July 24 at age 71 after suffering what the medical examiner concluded was a heart attack at his beachfront home in Clearwater. The medical examiner's report described his death as "natural," but police said in late August they were still investigating.
