REX Real Estate is relocating from Frisco to Celina .

The business, which currently sits at 12400 Preston Road, develops land in North Texas for residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.

Rex Glendenning, founder of the business, said he expects to break ground on the new Celina headquarters in 2026. The business is developing a 600-acre mixed-use project near Glendenning Parkway and Dallas North Tollway called King Place.

He suspects the new headquarters will be in the same area.
