(FOX40.COM) — A second suspect was arrested Tuesday night after the Woodland Police Department investigated a shooting in August.

On Aug. 17, WPD said officers were dispatched around 12:11 a.m. for multiple shots heard in the area of Main Street and College Street.

After examining physical evidence, video surveillance and witness statements, officers arrested 25-year-old Edwardo Orozco-Barilla on Aug. 29 for his involvement in this investigation, according to WPD.

More recently, WPD detectives arrested 24-year-old Kelvin Garcia-Cardenas around 7:10 a.m. on the 300 block of Hanson Way. After the arrest, WPD said officers served a search warrant at the residence.
