ERWIN, N.Y. (WETM) — More than a dozen acres of land in the Town of Erwin could soon be developed into residential apartments if all passes through the town council, according to a public notice from the town.

An application is on the Agenda for an upcoming planning meeting on Oct. 6 regarding the development of a potential apartment complex in Erwin.

The project would be to construct a nine-building, 90-unit apartment development on top of 16.67 acres of land in an area off Aurene Drive and Robert Dann Drive in Erwin.

The applicant is a representative from Park Grove Realty, a property development company based in Rochester, according to the agenda.

Public comments can be made to the board at the meeting on Oct. 6 at 7 p.m. at the Forest View Gang Mills Fire Department at 125 Forest D
