APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) - Appleton Police officers are searching for a missing 11-year-old boy.

Jesse Lor was last seen in the 1500 block of West Taylor Street, sometime after midnight Thursday. Police don’t believe he’s with anyone and he’s determined to be a runaway. His case doesn’t meet the criteria for an AMBER Alert at this time.

Police said he was last seen possibly wearing a black sweatshirt and black jogger-style pants with a white stripe on them. He is 11 years old and approximately 4′11″.
