WEST SENECA, N.Y. — West Seneca Police say the intersection of Union Road and Clinton Street is closed while road crews work to repair a hazardous situation on the bridge there.

The New York State Department of Transportation says crews doing a rehabilityation proejct on the Union Road bridge over Buffalo Creek found a potentially hazardous siutation involving the bridge's steel girders.

New York State Department of Transporation Public Information Officer, Region 5, Ryan Whalen, issued this statement:
