INDIANA (WPTA) - The Indiana Department of Health is asking for residents of rural communities to fill out a new survey aimed at strengthening healthcare in small towns.
The department says they are looking for feedback on its Rural Health Transformation Program grant to improve healthcare services in farming areas and rural regions in Indiana.
They say Hoosiers’ responses will help shape the grant application and future improvements to the program.
Anyone who lives or works in a rural area in the state is asked to take the short survey by Friday, Oct. 3. You can find a link to the survey here .
