FLOYDS KNOBS, Ind. (WAVE) - Two people are in the hospital after a fuel leak caught on fire in Floyds Knobs, Indiana.
According to the Highlander Fire Protection District, crews were called to a fire in the 4600 block of East Luther Road at around 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 2.
A spokesperson for Highlander Fire told WAVE that the fire was caused by a fuel leak that caught flame.
One person was taken to UofL Hospital with burns, while a second victim was taken to Baptist Health Floyds Hospital with an unspecified medical injury.
The fire has been extinguished.
Indiana State Fire is investigating the incident.
