The Nevada football team opens Mountain West play against a familiar foe — and one riding a four-game win streak.

The Wolf Pack (1-3, 0-0 MW) plays at Fresno State (4-1, 1-0) on Saturday night with kickoff set for 7:30 p.m.

After a narrow 20-17 win against Sacramento State last month, Nevada has dropped two straight — a one-point loss at home against Middle Tennessee State, and a 31-16 loss at Western Kentucky. Now, coming off a bye week, they’ll head to Fresno State take on the Bulldogs in what head coach Jeff Choate says is a wide-open Mountain West.
