When fifth-grade teacher Ana Sanchez handed out the math pop quiz Tuesday before lunch and recess, none of the students were excited.

No talking allowed, Sanchez reminded her students at Mount Rose School in Reno as she distributed the one-page test.

The first few students finished the first, then second and third questions and looked around.

Sanchez watched.

More students started grinning, realizing by then the answers to the math problems were more than a coincidence.

While other students in class caught up, the ones in the know could barely contain themselves. Grins turned to smiles and then full-on giggles.

It wasn't long before most of the class was giving up the answer as they moved their hands at their sides up and down like jugglers, mimicking an online craze.
