OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - October brings fall festivities across Oklahoma, and downtown, you can get in the Halloween spirit starting Friday at Pumpkinville inside the Myriad Gardens.

The pumpkin takeover of the Myriad Gardens has begun with 40,000 gourds filling the place up. Their theme this year is Museum of Pumpkinville, and it’s sure to take you all kinds of places.

"We've got a little bit of something for everyone,” chief marketing officer for the Myriad Gardens and Scissortail Park, Stacey Aldridge, said.

Space, art, transportation, oceanography and even some prehistoric creatures can be found hanging around the Myriad Gardens this October.

"Around every corner, there's things to discover and just learn about,” Aldridge said.
