MOUNTAIN TOP, Pa. — Turning the page to October means it’s crunch time in the high school Field Hockey season.

Crestwood (12-0-1) leads the Wyoming Valley Conference and is aiming for the conference title behind a group of nine seniors.

The Comets have three seniors and one junior currently committed to division I universities. Goalie, Maddie Geiger and her twin sister Alex, are both committed to Hofstra University. Ally George committed to Mercyhurst, while Allie Meyers, a junior, recently committed to Fairfield.

Most of the girls on the team have played together from a young age, giving them plenty of confidence versus any opponent.
