(NewsNation) — A leading defense attorney believes there is currently no evidence to suggest musician D4vd is connected to the death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, whose body was found in the trunk of his car.
NewsNation has learned friends of D4vd believed the 15-year-old girl was his girlfriend. D4vd, the 20-year-old artist whose legal name is David Anthony Burke, has now hired notable criminal defense attorney Blair Berk.
Speaking to "Banfield," criminal defense attorney Alexandra Kazarian said D4vd would be well-served to remain silent with the investigation ongoing.
"He better be shutting his mouth. He better be absolutely quiet. He better be at home wherever he is, doing nothing, not going anywhere, not talking to anybody, and just doing everything that she tells him to do," Kazarian
