Just weeks after the State Government completed a landmark land sale for the site to a property developer, detailed plans for a $25 million shopping centre in Perth’s far north have been released for public consultation.
Located on Marmion Avenue, just 80m from the Alkimos train station, the proposed shopping centre is being developed by property developer Centuria Capital.
The project includes 20 single-storey commercial tenancies, including a 2400sqm supermarket, nine retail stores, six cafes and restaurants, a fast-food outlet, a medical centre, a liquor store, and a childcare centre.
Two internal roads and a pedestrian mall are also being proposed in the project plans, alongside 301 car parking spaces, four electric vehicle bays, motorcycle bays, and 207 new trees.
