The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) confirmed that no changes to Personal Independence Payment (PIP) will be implemented until a "comprehensive review".
The Daily Record reports that the Minister for Social Security and Disability, Sir Stephen Timms, will co-produce the examination alongside disabled people, organisations and specialists.
