WATERBURY, Conn. (WFSB) - A key legal dispute is unfolding in the case of Kimberly Sullivan, the Waterbury woman accused of imprisoning and torturing her stepson for more than two decades.
On Friday, attorneys returned to Waterbury Superior Court for a hearing that could shape the direction of the prosecution.
