A six-story concrete office building in Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood could soon be converted into 50 residential units, according to redevelopment plans submitted to the city this week by Denver-based architecture firm NEOStudio .
Concept plans for the 1972 office building show that the development at 800 N. Grant St. will be known as the 800 Grant Street Lofts.
The project will include studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den and two-bedroom apartments, along with a ground-floor lobby and a fitness center covering approximately 1,532 square feet.
The existing two-story parking garage on the property will remain unchanged and continue to serve both residents and guests. Each apartment will have its own dedicated heating, cooling and hot water system. Additionally, the building’
